The relationship between hiring managers and recruiters is the most important factor in a successful talent acquisition function. A report by Deloitte shows that the top 15 performance drivers in a successful talent acquisition function and found that the hiring manager-recruiter relationship was number 1 by a large margin.

Therefore, to make the collaboration smoother for hiring managers and recruiters when working on a job ad, you can now collaborate directly in our platform.

Collaborate more strategically by creating teams

To create a better overview of who should be working on what, it is now possible to create specific teams within Develop Diverse’s platform. Now, you can create teams based on specific departments, locations or even teams just for specific positions. This allows team members to focus on producing their portion of work in the platform to a high standard:

  • If you are using the platform for across different departments, then create teams like HR partners or communications. You can even narrow it down to a team consisting of one recruiter and hiring manager. Many customers have expressed that being able to create teams based on specific tasks makes it much easier to navigate between where to find the specific ads and also know who has access to them.

  • In bigger organisations, we have seen teams on country level. For instance, if your company operates in Brazil or Norway or you want to work on ads that are meant for only certain countries, you can create teams with only members that are responsible for working on ads in these countries.

Easily share and track collaboration with others

Apart from creating teams, you can directly share a text entry with one or multiple of your colleagues. For instance, if you as a recruiter needs to share a specific job ad with the responsible hiring manager for that position:

  • Develop Diverse alerts the hiring manager through an e-mail that you have shared a text entry with them within the platform.

  • By having the activity log on, you will be able to keep an eye on which changes have been made in the text. Such as, who created the text entry, who updated the entry score and which biases have been changed to inclusive language.
