Every change made to text entries is automatically tracked, providing complete transparency and accountability. You can easily view these changes by clicking on History in the upper right corner of the text entry editor.
With the Microsoft Word Integration, you can use Develop Diverse directly within Word.
Setting up
To start using Develop Diverse in Word, your Microsoft Administrator will need to set up the add-in for your organization. Follow this technical guide to set up Microsoft Word Add-In.
Getting started in Word
Once the add-in is installed, you can start using Develop Diverse for inclusive language suggestions and enhanced document editing.

In Microsoft Word, go to the Home tab.
You’ll find Develop Diverse in the top-right corner. Click on Develop Diverse to open the add-in.
Sign in with your Develop Diverse account credentials to access your workspace.
To begin a new project, click Create.
To continue editing an existing document, select one from the Continue working section.
Once the analysis is complete, you’ll see a list of detected issues in your text under ‘Issues’.
Under the ‘Insights’ tab, you can track the inclusivity score for your text, readability, word count, and see how a certain word affect different groups and demographics.
Under ‘Metadata’ you can invite collaborators, and change any of the metadata connected to your document.
