Having trouble logging into the platform? Here are some solutions to help you regain access.

Depending on your company’s settings, there are different login options available.

Username and Password Not Working?

  • Username and Password: This option is only available if Single Sign-On (SSO) or SAML is not enabled by your administrator. If SSO is enabled, you will need to use SSO to sign in. If SAML is enabled, you must sign in using SAML.
  • Forgot Password: If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it by requesting a password reset email here.

Single Sign-On Not Working?

  • Single Sign-On: SSO is only available if your company is on the Professional Plan. It has to be enabled by your administrator and configured by your IT department.

SAML Not Working?

  • SAML: SAML is only available if your company is on the Professional Plan. It has to be enabled by your administrator and configured by your IT department.
